Connect. Learn. Enjoy.
I called it “Jump Club” because that what it would be: a festival that celebrates the decision to do what you love—whatever that may be. Fresh food. Live music. World class keynotes. Group workouts. All types of people passionate about all types of things—from baking cakes to brewing beers, from mixing music to making movies, from starting companies to forming non-profits.
Connect. Eat. Drink. Learn. Talk. Enjoy. In one place, at one time, in real life. For jumpers, soon to be jumpers, or someday jumpers.
Part pop-up farmers market, part ideas festival, part indie music concert, Jump Club would feature great food with world class keynotes and live entertainment. It would be for us: jumpers past and present. People who just want to get together and celebrate doing what you love, from around the country and across the world.
Meaningful connection, valuable education, inspiring content curation - but in a real, social, and fun environment. Not a conference or a seminar, but an urban retreat, a celebration of brainstorming and sharing and planning about what you want to be doing.
It started with a crew of friends in my kitchen. Soon afterward, Jump Club I: San Francisco sold out as an afternoon, then doubled in size and sold out again—this time as a weekend—in Jump Club II: New York City last year. And just recently in September 2018, we hosted Jump Club III—our biggest event ever—in Boston. A weekend of connection, learning, and enjoyment.
