A Life Well Lived
When the paycheck is no longer enough, and the little voice in your head just won’t quit, we are here. Welcome to our crew of jumpers, dreamers, and individuals determined to live their lives well. A cushy job and playing it safe isn’t what we’re striving towards. We’re looking for leaps and bounds, and the souls that refuse to settle.
Shouts out to…Shout out to Priscila in Vallejo for chasing her dreams of becoming a professional artist despite her significant hearing loss which presented itself when Priscila was only 17-years-old. She is not only an inspiration to those with disabilities who are apprehensive to follow their own dreams, but to her son who was born completely deaf as well. If you have an inspiring jump to share we’d love to hear it.
On the podcast…Lawrence Campbell shares how he finally satisfied the itch he has always had. Whether it was moving from his hometown in Chicago, playing college football, working for an accounting firm, to finally starting his own small business. After deciding he wanted more out of life and a career, he chose to follow a passion that reflected who he was to the core. Tune in to his episode today.
In the news…It’s not just about the paycheck anymore. Americans are willing to give up “substantial” earnings in exchange for non-wage perks and benefits (Bloomberg). Millennials are helping to advance the concept of an “ideal” work environment to an expectation of an excellent workplace culture (Forbes).
