Shouts out to…Shout out to Priscila in Vallejo for chasing her dreams of becoming a professional artist despite her significant hearing loss which presented itself when Priscila was only 17-years-old. She is not only an inspiration to those with disabilities who are apprehensive to follow their own dreams, but to her son who was born completely deaf as well.
