Rafael from Estonia who after getting married to an Estonian in 2006 began to ponder what it would be like to live and work in an adopted country if the chance ever presented itself. His jump began eight years ago when he started taking classes focused on non-profit leadership. A line of work that was inspired by countless years of working in community outreach as a volunteer at his local church. After completing his coursework, the idea of starting a consulting company in Estonia began to take shape and in 2017 his foundation was born.
