Connecting The Dots

One of the most common cliches around is how “everything is 20/20 in hindsight”. But how can you make the right decision in real time? Is there a way to connect the dots as they drop? When you jump, you don’t always get to see the forest from the trees. Oregon Gov joined the podcast this week to talk about using all your dots to benefit your next one- helping see the forest while still in the trees.

I feel like the entrepreneurial world is ripe for extroverts. I am imagining having to network like crazy, which I will painfully do. Just curious if that has come up others. There’s a few really important things to consider before you jump from one job to another, especially if you’re a millenial (Investopedia). Speaking of millenials, nearly 9 out of 10 would take a pay cut to join a company whose mission/culture align with their own (LinkedIn).
