Crystal is the co-host and creator of PTSD: People, Trauma, and Stress Discussed: an unfiltered truth, a successful podcast that launched in 2018.  As a combat vet and former woman in technology, working in a leadership capacity for companies like Apple, IBM and many more, she decided to launch her own company which serves organizations to improve stress management and women's initiatives in the workplace. Crystal hopes to change the world one person at a time by believing that people and organizations shouldn’t be defined by their life stressors, past or present and hopes to offer advocacy, empowerment, and confidence to those that need it.
