Join us for Jump Fundamentals

It’s here!! We are thrilled to share our first ever online, self-guided learning course. It’s called Jump Fundamentals and is designed as an introductory overview for any jumper at any phase of the jump journey. It’s built off of the successful pilot courses we led this past spring, but this time you can go at your own pace, at your own time: modules are based on the four phases of the Jump Curve framework that cover everything from the beginning (Listen to the Little Voice) to the end (Don’t Look Back) and everything in between. 

Weekly reflection questions, homework assignments, and materials to read, watch and listen to—as well as guest lectures and words of wisdom from jumpers across the When to Jump community sprinkled across every step of the course.
